In your Message content, mentions should be in the format of @{ personId } (e.g. @123).

Attachment: Optional attachment to include with the message. Note: the attribute type you specify will determine the attachment type in the chat message. For example, if you use an attribute type of "Image," the attachment will be sent as an image
