Okay. So let's talk about the concept of partial payments. Now when you do your event registrations it's common that you'd allow someone to just enter part of the payment at the time of registration and then come back later and, submit the rest. That's a great convenience to them. It allows them for the to budget, but at the same time, it does add a little bit of overhead to your staff. With these features though, you'll find that that overhead is drastically reduced. So let's go ahead and take a look at these features. Okay. So here we are in their event registration. We're looking at the summer camp template and we're gonna go ahead and pick, an instance of that template. Okay. So right off the bat, we can see that two of the registrations actually still do owe money. Okay. So what we'll do is we'll go under send payment reminder to go ahead and process those. So at the top here, we'll just add our from name and from email to send this email. Below is a is a nice template that you can use. It's already prefilled with the first person's name so that, you can, see what it's gonna look . If you wanna change that, you can hit this little source button and you'll see the lava template that kind of generates that. But, when you're done, definitely wanna check to make sure that you, look at the preview again. Below that, you'll see people who have outstanding balances. And one of the keys that it's gonna show you here is that how many how long has it been since they were last reminded of that they owe money. And you probably don't wanna do that, , a lot. You probably don't wanna remind them every day. But you might wanna remind them on occasion. So here if you read the instructions, it's gonna remind them of their balance, every twenty days. So those who have, or above twenty days have been preselected here. If they were under twenty days, or they had registered recently, they're not gonna be selected. Okay? And they're and they're gonna be kinda grayed out to give you an idea that they probably shouldn't be selected. Now, at the end of the day, you can select them and you can send them that reminder. And when you're done, you can just hit send reminders. And so those people will then have their date time updated. And so say last reminder sent either zero days or one day, whatever you're looking at. So you can come in here and actually process this on a daily basis if you'd . And it's only gonna pre select those who who haven't been reminded in twenty days, you're not over reminding. This setting here of twenty days is actually set on the template. If you go into the partial payment reminder email settings, there's actually a date or a number of days here that is gonna be the default. So you can set set this on a template level. So that's a quick and easy way that you can send out quick reminders for people to follow-up with their, partial payments and that email will actually include a link to go finish and complete that that payment. So again, a quick easy way to kind of remove some of that overhead, from your staff.
