So let's talk about bulk updates. Bulk updates allow you to make the same types of change changes to a large group of people. Okay? So how you do that is whenever you see a a grid of people, at the very bottom you'll see this, kind of delivery truck looking icon. If you push that, it'll take you to the bulk update screen. So when you're on this screen at the top, it's gonna show you the the people that you've selected and then down below, it'll show you what you can actually change. So let's just go flip over and take a look at that. Okay. So the first thing we need to do is get a list of people. So we'll search for Decker and then go ahead and hit the delivery truck. Okay. So we see a very similar screen. Okay. From here, you can add more people than you initially selected, or you can remove everybody or you can remove certain people. But then the key is you can start to change different properties and attributes, and items about a person. So just open up the panel and you'll see all the different things that you can change. Now, one thing just as a training tip is everything kind of looks grayed out. That doesn't mean you don't have rights to it, it just means that you're not changing that specific item. Okay. So if I wanted to change title, I would click on that and then I could go ahead and change it to whatever I wanted. Now you have to do that because sometimes you you actually want to blank out a value. So sometimes you want to say, why I just want to take away title. And if we didn't have this enabled or disabled state, we wouldn't really know the fact do you want to blank it out or do you just not to change it at all. Okay. So basically by selecting this, you're saying I care about this, I want to change this. Okay. So at this top screen, you'll see individual details. This is a lot of the properties about a person. If you think about properties, down below that, you'll have a separate panel for every person attribute category that is configured for this. So you can change any of these attributes. You can add a note to a person. So if you wanted to add a notice of a specific type, you could. And that will add it to every single person that you've selected. You can add all these people to a specific group or you can remove them from a group or you can update them in a group. So when you choose this and choose the group, it's gonna come back in and give you more information. So you can update their role or their member status within the group. Now, we, don't show this until you pick the group type so we can get to an accurate listing of the roles for that group and its group type. And the last thing you can do is you can add or remove people from a specific tag. So again, tags are a great way of quickly categorizing people without having to create a group. And so you can add or remove from tag and that's a great way to bulk update them. Okay. So once we make all the changes that we want, we can just hit next and that will kind of finalize those changes. So what can you update? We've already kind of reviewed this at a high level but again, person properties, person attributes, adding notes and then they're updating or adding or removing people from a group and also with the tag. So So those are the bulk update features within Rock.
