Okay. So let's look at some of the settings that you can configure within check-in. And the good news is you have tons of options on how you want check-in to operate. Okay. So we're back here at the check-in configuration screen. So this is under admin tools check-in check-in configuration. And to get to the settings, we're really gonna hit this edit button here. Okay? That's gonna take us to where we can configure a lot of these options. The first thing that we're gonna have to look at after, , giving it a name and the description which is what shows up at the top here. And the first thing we have to look at and and decide on is what type of check-in do we wanna do. Do we wanna configure individual check-in or would we rather do family check-in? And just kind of as a little refresher here, individual check-in, basically walks you through the check-in process, one individual at a time. Okay. So I come in, I check-in or, provide my phone number, I pick the family, I get a list of individuals, I pick the individual, I pick their times and then I'm done. And either I can say start from the beginning and it'll bring me back to the individual list and and go through it again or I have to enter my phone number if I don't hit that, add another individual. Now family check-in is a little bit different. So when you once you pick the family, it's gonna list all of the individuals and you can pick on this screen, the individuals and then kind of carry them through and check them all through at at once. So I've kind of labeled it individual check-in as checking in serially, so one at a time, and family check-in is kind of checking in in a more parallel, state. Okay. So if we chose individual, there's some settings here. Now, these settings are kinda unique to, which one which option you picked. So we picked individual. The first thing we can do here is just look at this label security code length. So you can determine how many alphanumeric characters you want, how many, alpha specific characters you want or how many numeric characters you want. So in this case, in this setup, we're basically going to have four numeric, characters. And, sometimes you want just numeric if you have a specific kind of sign that you need to kinda tell people that, they need to come, get their child during the service. So sometimes you only need numeric, sometimes alphanumeric, also works. Alphanumeric is a good option if you don't have those limitations because it allows you to have more characters which gives you fewer number of of, spaces, to get a larger number of unique combinations. Below that, you can say whether the, manager option should be enabled during the check-in. So that gives you a little, gear that would allow your, staff to enter a PIN number and then kind of manage the check-in from the kiosk. You can choose whether you want that or From that manager area too, you can also override a child. And so override means maybe they don't fit the right age range or grades, but you're gonna let them check into that area anyways. So you can determine whether you want that to be an option or night or not. Another, option that's, something to look at is whether you wanna prevent inactive people from checking in. Typically with children's check-in, you you don't want that. You want that process to be very smooth and you should be cleaning up those inactives who have checked in, in a different way, making them reactive, reactivate them. But, typically, you don't wanna ruin the experience by stopping them and making them go someplace else. Now, if we're doing family check-in, we have a few more features, a few more, settings. One of the things that you can do too here is on this auto select days back is we're going to pre pick what they what they did, last time. And this look this determines how many days backwards we should look to get that configuration. You can also choose to use the same code, security code for each individual in the family and whether the same service options should be used as that family is checking in through that parallel state. You can choose whether you want photos or not to display on that on that family picker And inactive people is the same as on the individual. And prevent duplicate check-in basically says, if you've already checked in once, should you be allowed to check-in again? And it's up to you whether you want to enable or disable that. Okay. So then these next two sets of configurations, it's gonna be the same whether you pick individual or family. And so the important ones here, search type, , do you want to use phone number, do you want to use name, do you want to use name and phone number. Typically people use phone number. The maximum number of results to show you based when you did the search by phone, so the default hundred. What's the minimum number of characters that need to enter into the phone search before you can actually search? And so four is configured here. And what's the maximum number that they could enter? And so we default it to 10. Now, you're doing the phone search, we also wanna know how are we matching that phone number? Typically, you'll do ends with. So this is really nice because you only have to enter your last four digits if you want, which is pretty quick or you could enter your full phone number if if you prefer. The other option here is contains. So contains is a is another good option, it is a little bit slower if you have a large database though, but using that noticeably. Under advanced settings, some of these are are pretty advanced, this regular expression filter basically will take whatever they provided up here in the search and you can run a regular expression through it and that can do things pull out certain characters that maybe you don't wanna do special characters. So for instance, if they're doing if you're allowing both phone and name search, you could automatically pull out things hyphens and stuff because those wouldn't search right when you're looking up a phone number. The refresh interval tells the welcome screen for check-in how often it should refresh itself. Itself. And so when it goes to refresh, it's basically looking for updated information, updated configuration. And also when it should stop checking in, it'll actually say, hey, the welcome screen will say there's nothing to check-in for right now. And it'll take away the button to actually start the check-in process. These other settings here are kind of helpful whether age is required. So when you're checking into a group that requires a certain age range but you but the person maybe doesn't have an age, should it be shown to them or not? And so that's what that's gonna define. Grade is required is the exact same thing. And lastly, whether you want, the number of active people checked into a location to display, which might help people pick a less crowded room. But that's typically a setting that you would decide whether you want to show or not. Okay. So those are the basic settings when configuring your check-in.
