Rock U - Check-In - Aero Check-in Theme

Rock lets you customize any of your check-in themes to change the look and feel and how they appear to people who are using your check-in kiosks and things that. But the Arrow theme is a little special because there's a few extra things that you can do to quickly and easily change the look and feel of the theme to suit different needs, different occasions, different events, and we're gonna show you how it's done right now. First, we'll take a look at the Aero theme's default out of the box style, which, , if if you look at this and it's already a family friendly image that would fit just about any check-in, probably children's check-in. And so if you love it and this looks cool, great. You don't have to change anything. You still have our start button, or you can scan codes, and has a nice little welcome message. And so you can leave it as is, but let's take a look at how we can make some changes to to really bring this page to life. other themes, you can change the arrow theme from going to admin tools, CMS configuration, and themes. And here we see all of the themes that are in Rock. Most of them are for check-in, but not all. And we're gonna click on the check-in arrow theme. And right away, we can see that we have quite a few user friendly options. We can change all kinds of colors of the background, the brand color, the back the background check-in buttons. We can also quickly and easily change the images. So at a minimum, you'll want to change the logo image, the icon, because it just ships with the Rock solid church. So you'll wanna change that to yours. But while you're at it, you might as well take a look at some of these other items. So I'm going to change the background color, and I happen to know the exact color that I want, so that's what I'm going to use. And I'm also going to change the brand primary color. And again, I'm just going to plug in the code here for what I want to use. I want this green and orange. But again, you can click on the color picker here and choose whichever color you . Then I'm going to scroll down, and I don't want the Rock solid church image, so I'm gonna upload a separate one, a brand new logo. And I'm gonna go ahead and upload a new background or the welcome image, which, as you can already tell, is gonna highlight our upcoming summer camp. And so with these changes in place, there's lots of other options that you can change, but we're not gonna get into those here. And those are many options that you can change on any of the other themes. Here, we're just focusing on a couple of the things that make the arrow theme a little different. And what a difference just a few clicks makes. With the configuration that we've just changed, you can see for yourself how different the check-in welcome page now looks. So we're using this to promote our upcoming summer camp. So, down at the bottom, you can see it says, summer camp, register today at rocksolidchurchdemo.com/camp. We still have our start button, which now has a different color, as well as our scan button. You can change the color of this as well. But, you'll notice we don't want the summer camp to be here forever, and I uploaded that image, and now I wanna change it back to what it was before. One of the cool things about the theme styler is you can see all these little x's next to the items that I've changed, including the images. So, once summer camp is done, I can revert the colors and the images back to what they were, and save. And when we return to the check-in welcome page, you can see it's right back where we started, again with just a couple clicks. So before you go, be sure and think about all the different ways that you can use this. So we just showed an example where we were advertising an upcoming summer camp, but you can also use it to highlight upcoming events or to make announcements or whatever you need. With it being so quick and easy to change, the sky's the limit.
