Let's talk for a minute about assessments. Assessments are tests in Rock that individuals can take and they give you a little bit of insight into how that person might fit within your organization. Now, you can request that an individual take an assessment through the individual's person profile page. You can also send assessment requests to groups or lists of people through the communication wizard. However you do it, assessments are fast, they're online, the results are immediately visible to the person who's taking the assessment as well as you and your staff, which is great. And there are five types of assessments that come with Rock. First is the DISC assessment, which is a quadrant style personality profile type assessment. You may have seen similar types of assessments in the past. We also have the spiritual gifts assessment, which tells you a little something about the individual gifts that a person brings to the table to help enhance your organization. We also have the emotional intelligence assessment, which you a little bit of insight into how aware someone is of their emotions as well as the emotions of others, as well as how in control of their own emotions a person is. We have the conflict profile assessment, which tells you how a person thinks that they might react in a conflict type situation and can give you a little bit of insight into how that person might behave in a conflict scenario. Last but not least, we have the motivators assessment, which can tell you a little bit about someone's goals, their values, the types of things that might give you insight into what motivates them and what can help them grow and change.
