Okay. So let's talk about benevolence within Rock. So benevolence is a way of people making requests for certain needs that they need, usually financial, and then a whole system of providing accountability for providing for those needs. So we've placed that under the finance features within Rock. Of course, you can move that if you'd . So we'll go under finance, benevolence. Okay. So here's here's where you'd see all of your benevolence requests. So let's go ahead and add one. The first thing we're gonna do is pick a person. Now, in Rock, you don't necessarily have to type benevolence request to a person's record. You could just type in a first name and last name and you don't have to have a a record actually attached to that. And that's because some ministries don't provide benevolence to people who who aren't in their systems and maybe don't wanna add them to the system. But in this case, we'll actually pick a person. Okay. And once I do that, it's gonna auto fill a lot of this for me. Okay? So I could go in and fill more information about their phone numbers and stuff. But more so you're gonna wanna type a description of the request. So maybe needs, help with rent. Now, if you had any related documents, you could go ahead and upload these, to it just to kinda store it with it. At that point, , typically the request part is done and, you might assign it to a caseworker. In this case, we don't have any, assigned so we'll just kind of leave it unassigned. Okay. So now our, benevolence requests are are in. So now maybe after consideration now, we wanna come back in here and put in our results. So maybe the results after talking to a few people or maybe talking to them in person is that we're gonna go ahead and give that assistance. So provided one month of rent. You might also provide next steps. It's good to track these here so if that person comes back, you can kinda inquire about did they take those next steps. But then the the key is you wanna enter in what was the result type. So we're gonna go ahead in here and say, provided financial assistance and the in the and the for $950 and any kind of details you wanna, , note about that transaction happening. So go ahead go ahead and hit add and then save. Okay. So now we have these results. And notice down at the bottom, is, summarizing those results. So over time as you start adding, , tens, hundreds of these requests, you'll have this nice reporting feature down below. And again, a lot of the financial blocks, you have filters. So it could be someone might wanna know, well, show me how much we've given, , this year. So you can just go back and pick, from the beginning of the year till now and you'd have that number and you could report back the the number based on result type. Now, lot of these features that we saw in here are actually configurable. Okay? So, you can add result types. Those are just a defined type that you can go add new result types to. You can also add attributes to benevolence requests. So if you wanna do that, go ahead and look at how to add attributes in Rock. There's a video for that and they would actually show up inside this request details. So if you wanna track a few more things about your benevolence request, you can. And then there's a group that you can add people to to add it to a caseworker. Now, all a lot of blocks in Rock, there's settings. So you want to check out the block settings for this. And this is where you could set the caseworker role. Okay. So this is where you're gonna have to come in here and select RSR Benevolence so that those people show up as the caseworker. Okay. And that is the Benevolence Tools within Rock.
