Rapid attendance entry allows you to record the attendance of a lot of people in a quick manner. Say you want to record the attendance of your greeters before people show up for a worship service. The rapid attendance entry block allows you to do this in a really easy way. Let's take a look at that block and see how it's done. The rapid attendance entry block is found under the people menu under rapid attendance entry. So we begin by selecting the group we want to check-in. In this case, we're going to select greeters. Now depending on what type of group you choose here, your options on this screen may change. So for this example, we're checking in greeters. The first thing we're going to do is select which service they're checking in for. Let's say Saturday at 6PM and we're gonna choose which date. Go with there we go. The twenty third. And you'll see below there's this attendee drop down. If you click on the drop down arrow, you'll see we get this search box and this is where we can put in the names of attendees we wanna check-in. So let's begin by checking in Ted Decker. So I'm gonna search for Ted. I'm gonna select him. And when I click save, you'll see that Rock tells me Ted Decker has been marked attended and it also sets up the next search window ready to go to enter the next attendee's name. So let's put in his wife Cindy. Click save. Same thing. Cindy Decker has been marked attended and my search field is ready to locate the next attendee. Let's do one more. So Alicia Marble. Click save. Alicia Marble has been marked attended. My search engine is ready here to locate the next attendee. And if you'll notice up here on the right, it says current attendance is three. So it's giving me a numerical track of how many people I've I've entered into the check-in system. But you'll see down here below there's also a checkbox to show current attendees. I can select that and see who I've entered in already to the system. And as I add more, do one more here, you'll see he's also added. When you're done entering names, you just exit the screen and you're finished. So as you can see, the rapid attendance entry block allows you to enter a lot of people really quickly and very easily.
