The spiritual gifts assessment is one of the five assessments in Rock, and this assessment identifies the common spiritual gifts that you possess. And this isn't a comprehensive list of all of the spiritual gifts that it's possible to possess, but it does give you an insight into some of the more common ones that you'd see in day to day scenarios. And so in order to take the assessment or to have someone take the assessment, you can, of course, request the assessment from a person profile page, and you can select spiritual gifts for this assessment or any of the others if you're sending it to an individual. But you can also send a request to groups or to lists using the communication wizard. And however they get there, the person will go to the My Account and click on the Start Assessment link. The person will be brought to the spiritual gifts assessment instructions, which lets them know that it has one statement and five responses. And so the person will select for each statement whether they strongly agree, agree, somewhat agree, if they're neutral, or if they disagree with the statement. And the person will go through and answer each of the questions. And once they do, they'll immediately be able to see their results online. And the results are split up into three different areas, or three different types of gifts. We have the dominant gifts, which are those that the person exhibits most strongly. We have the supportive gifts, which are those that are not as strong but definitely help and are evident in their day to day actions. And then we have other gifts, which maybe aren't quite as strong as the supportive gifts, but are still relevant and present in the person. And so, there are 17 total spiritual gifts that you'll get from this assessment. Again, there are others, but hopefully you can see the value in knowing what those gifts are and how strongly a person exhibits them in their interactions on a day to day basis and in various scenarios. More importantly, this assessment can help you identify where in your organization a person might be the best fit based on the gifts that they bring to the table.
