The motivators assessment gives you some insight into what motivates a person, which can tell you a little bit about what their values might be or where they might be a good fit in your organization. And so, as with any assessment, you can request that the person take it from the person profile page by clicking Request Assessment under Actions. And when you do that, you'll be able to select one or more assessments that you can request that the person take. Or you can do the same thing for groups or lists of people through the Communication Wizard. And however it happens, they're going to go to My Account and click on the Start Assessment link near the bottom right to take whichever assessment is needed. For the motivators assessment, they'll be brought to this instruction page, which lets them know a little bit about the assessment and what will be expected of them and what the results will look . The assessment itself is a single statement to which the person taking the assessment will reply, never, rarely, occasionally, sometimes, frequently, usually, or always. And they'll do that for each statement. There'll be a series of statements. And once they're finished and once they've gone through all of the statements and have provided a response for each, they'll be immediately presented with the results, which you can see are the growth propensity score, as well as an individual motivator score, and their overall ranked motivators. And we're gonna go into each of those in detail right now. And so the first score that you'll see is the growth propensity score, which measures your perceived mindset on a continuum between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset. And these should be thought of as two ends of a spectrum, related to how we view our own capacity and our own potential. This number is a measurement of the current propensity for growth, but that can change for an individual over time through applied effort and awareness, which is where this assessment comes in. By being aware, you can improve. Now, the other aspect of the results that you'll see are the motivators themes. Now, the themes are directly related to the individual motivators, which we're gonna get to next, so you can kind of think of these as a as a collection of motivators. And there are four of them, four themes. We have the directional theme, which describes how you desire to give direction to a team or to an organization. We have the relational theme, which describes how you relate to others. We have the positional theme, which describes how you execute your role or your position within the team. The motivators that relate to the positional theme dramatically influence what you value and how you spend your time or effort at work. And last but not least, we have the intellectual theme. This theme describes how you focus your mind, and your conversations will be influenced by the motivators that link into this theme. So how your mind operates is definitely important to know. Now, also in your results, you'll see your ranked motivators. And this is a listing of the 22 different motivators that are included in this assessment and where you score for each one. It's easier to tell on the website, but these are colored so that you can tie these individual motivators back to motivator themes. So for example, at the very top is the serving motivator, which is red, and that corresponds to the directional theme. Again, that becomes a little bit clearer as you're looking at the full blown results on the website. But for now, we hope that this has given you a little bit of insight into the motivators assessment, what it means, and how it could be useful at your organization. We encourage you to take the assessment as well as those in your organization. Thank you.
