So let's talk about several of the online giving tools that are built into Rock. Now these are the tools that come with Rock doesn't mean you have to necessarily use them. You can use several other tools and and there's partners that will import that data into And once that data comes in, it's almost the rest of the of the tools just work seamlessly reporting and some of the giving analytics. But for those who wanna use the online giving tools built into Rock, let's just take a quick look on how they work. Okay. So if you go out to the external website and this is the default one that we give you, it's unstyled but it has all the pages created for you. The first page you'll see as you go to the give is this intro page. And so this allows you to kinda give your users a portal into their giving. So from here, can manage your giving. They can view the history or they can give now. It's up to you to kinda change this page, put the right frequently asked questions and and change some of the content around but we try to give you a good place to start. Okay. So if they hit give now, they'll come in here and they'll just go ahead and add in numbers for or they're giving amounts for the various accounts that you configure. Now, this block, it's really important that when you look at this block that you look at the block settings because there's a ton of block settings for you to customize. But the the the basics are gonna be which accounts do I want show always. And then down here, you can have another whole list of of accounts maybe that aren't as frequently used. But you from here, can just go ahead and pick one of the accounts and it'll pop up another another bar here for you. So you get to pick the accounts that list up here and it can be two, it can be one, it can be 10 and then you get to pick the accounts also that show up in this drop down. The other thing you can note here is that this is for one time giving as well as reoccurring giving. So you can set up and the person can set up their reoccurring pattern here and then they'll just provide some personal information their address and then just their their credit card or ACH information. So this is a very powerful block. It can do a lot of customizations on this. Just definitely check out the block settings as you're working through this and setting it up. Okay. So then moving on to the next one is the giving history. So up here you'll be able to see and present their contribution statements so they can kind of self-service themselves on contribution statements and then see a grid of all the giving history that they've done. Now here again, there's there's block settings so you can control which accounts are shown. But last time they show a date range and then they can get the summary and then below it would be, the transactions that they've they've processed. You can also manage the giving profiles. So here you'd see all of their current reoccurring giving profiles. And from here, they can go ahead and edit or delete that or create another one. So it's possible to have multiple reoccurring giving profiles and that's really handy. Also, your church that does pledges, you can set up these pledge entries. So they'll enter the date range that their pledge is for. You can also there's, again, block settings here so you can pre populate what those are and then they could change them or you could just basically say don't don't make that an option. It's always gonna be for that date range and then give the pledge amount. Now payment accounts is this is where if they had saved any credit cards or any ACH accounts that they could come in here and manage them. And so from here, they could, delete them, or see a list of them. Now, when we talk about online giving and also this applies also to things event registration, you do need a gateway. Okay? So this is what's gonna happen. This is where the credit card goes to actually get processed. We support two gateways out of the box. The first is the NMI gateway and the other one is the Payflow Pro gateway. Now, which one you choose is is a little bit up to you. If you are a current Payflow Pro customer, definitely choose that one. If you're not currently a Payflow Pro customer, we would strongly recommend you look at this NMI gateway. The benefit to the NMI gateway is that the credit card, while it looks it goes through the Rock server, it never actually touches the Rock server. So it gets all it gets sent behind the scenes straight to NMI and so that really reduces the PCI requirements. That's a requirement of making sure that your website and that your processes as a church are secure. It really reduces that requirement quite a bit. And it's just a a good thing that that credit card just never touches your Rock server. Also, as a part of this NMI gateway, there's a processor called Transnational also known as MyWell, which does a great job with churches at getting them very very reduced cost. It's basically at their cost credit card processing which is a really great savings for you. So look at the documentation. There's a in the documentation, there's a lot of steps on how to set up the NMI Gateway and how to get in touch with MyWell. So that is the online, giving tools within Rock.
