Knowing your spiritual gifts and the spiritual gifts of the people around you will really equip you to care for them better and make sure that where you're serving in ministry, where the people around you are serving in ministry really fits them for how God's gifted them. So let's look in Rock, what it looks to give out this spiritual gifts assessment and what it looks to actually take the assessment as well. We'll look at it right away. When you're interacting with assessments in Rock, it's always great to start from the person profile. So I'm gonna click on Alicia's profile and you'll notice a set of badges here outlining results for the assessments that she's taken. So we're looking at spiritual gifts. You can see right off the bat in order her dominant spiritual gifts, which are prophecy, knowledge, faith, hospitality, and teaching. Now to administrate one of these assessments allowing someone to take it for themselves, we'll start by clicking the actions button, then go down and click request assessment. And this is running a workflow under the hood, really simple. And what we'll do here is click the assessment we wanna send. We can pick a custom message, due date, and more. Now there's another way that we can send out assessments that's outlined in our documentation, but essentially we have a lava code that you can include in communications to make it easy to send out assessments. Now moving on, here are the actual results of the assessment. This is something that you can access from the external website on someone's profile or internally on a person profile for someone who's completed it. And the spiritual gifts assessment is outlining the ways in which God has gifted this person. And it tells you what those gifts mean and it ranks which ones you're endowed with most essentially. So we can see right off the bat these dominant gifts that Alicia has such as faith, hospitality, knowledge, prophecy, teaching. And you can see exactly what each of these gifts mean. Then for gifts that you are not as, aligned with, we have a list here that explains exactly what those mean as well. And then down at the bottom of this assessment, you can see the actual ranked gifts. So we can see prophecy has a very high ranking and really just surpasses all the other gifts here. And this is something that Alicia is blessed with, And it ranks it from top to bottom so you can see what you're blessed with. And this can help leaders pick where people should serve, even where they might work, how you can interact with someone better, and just helps you care for people better in your organization. Great.
