Knowing what drives someone is just as important as knowing what their skills are. By giving out this motivator's assessment and taking it yourself, you'll be a better leader and a better teammate, even a better volunteer by knowing what it takes to motivate yourself and what it takes to motivate the people around you so you can really meet them where they're at. Let's get into what it looks to take this assessment and to administer it as well in Rock right now. When it comes to viewing assessments or sending them out, one of the best places to start is the person profile. So we're gonna go click on Alicia's profile and you'll notice we have a set of badges here and it tells you if there are results for an assessment, what those are.
So for motivators, we can already see that Alicia's motivators are maximizing, transforming, visioning, gathering, and leading. So if you're you are leading someone or interacting with someone, they filled out an assessment. It's super easy to see what their results were from the person profile. Now, if you wanna send out or administrate an assessment, that's also really simple. You would click actions from their profile, request assessment, which is simply a workflow, pick the assessment to send, a due date custom message if you'd , then send it off.
Another way to do this is our documentation outlines some different lava codes that you can use. So in this case, we have a simple lava code that you can use in any sort of communication to send out this assessment. So it's really easy to send out a bulk list and let people take these assessments. Now this is what the actual results look , and you can access these from the person profile or from the profile on your external website if someone's taken this assessment. And we're looking at the motivator's results, And let's decode what these mean.
So these different stats and words are helping us understand how someone is motivated and whether they have a growth mindset or a fixed mindset. In this case, we can see that Alicia has a smaller growth pro prince propensity at 11.5, and some people can be too open to growth, too closed off from growth, having a fixed mindset. Right here, Alicia's leaning more towards the fixed mindset side. Now there's some more things to consider here. So there's 22 different motivators that you could potentially be scored on, and there's a composite score shown here.
And hovering over these will give you your specific numbers, but we can see that when it comes to composite scores, Alicia is positional. This is describing how Alicia relates to structure. So for example, it describes how you execute your role or position within the team and the motivators in this theme can be seen in the way you approach activity moment by moment. And for any composite score you get, you'll get a really nice description of what all these scores mean and what the verbiage means as well, what the definitions are. Now here is the large list showing all of your ranked motivators.
You can see by far, Alicia, her dominant motivator is maximizing. And there are some things that barely motivate her at all such as uniting. This can give you a lot of context that will help you lead people better and care for them better as well. Okay. Now you've got this assessment done.
Either you got it done or one of your teammates did. And now this information is stored on the person profile, really easily accessible and it will allow you to be a better teammate or leader by knowing how the people around you are motivated. Thanks for watching this video and have a great day.
