Understanding how people are wired is a really great way to help you lead. Now there's many different ways that we can apply assessments. Maybe you want your staff to take an assessment, volunteers, or even attendees. This will allow you to know some important things that help you love them better. Now Rock has some free assessments that you can easily send out and receive the results back for and display them on a person's profile. So let's look into what those assessments are and how to use them right now. Let's see what it looks to engage with assessments. Now the best place to start is on the person profile. So we're gonna go to Alicia's profile and you'll notice that if an assessment's been completed, we have some really nice badges that outline what the results were so that at a glance, you can see someone's giftings, their emotional intelligence, motivations, all sorts of things. And these are so helpful as a leader or as someone who constantly interacts with this person, whether you're hiring, you're placing someone in, a leadership spot, you're helping assign them to the right team, or just seeing how you can care for them better and interact with them better. This is just indispensable. Now, how do you send these out? That's a good question. It's very simple. You can click actions, then request assessment, and this is just launching a workflow. But there's a list of the assessments here. You can pick the ones that you want to send to this person. You can pick a custom message, a due date if you'd , and then send it out. Now there's another way to send out assessments that looks this. The documentation outlines a few different lava codes that we have, and they're really simple. They include the name of the assessment, and you can just include these in a communication if you want to send out a bulk list of assessments to people. Now we're looking at the external website. And in this case, I've clicked my account on Alicia's account. And this shows you once a result... Or sorry, once an assessment has been sent out, you can view results. And this simply shows you how someone responded to an assessment and what the assessment means gives you a really nice overview. Then heading back, you can also retake an assessment if you'd , but it's also the way to start an assessment. In this case, we've already completed it, so I'll show you what it looks if you're taking the test. It always starts off this, and you learn a little bit about what this assessment is doing. You click start, and there's just a simple list of questions to answer. And based on how you answer these, you'll end up getting your results and have a better understanding of who you are. Awesome. Now you have greater insight into what assessments are and how to use them in Rock. And we have a separate video on each assessment that tells you more about what it's for. So feel free to go watch those to learn a little bit more. Thank you for watching this video.
