Imagine 20 people need the same process started and you're opening their profiles one at a time. Instead, adding a custom grid action will allow you to select a group of people, take the same action on all of them at once. To add this grid action, we can go to any person grid and there's so many examples of these, but one that's used pretty often is under people in the group viewer. And we'll just go to any one of these groups and there's a block that says group members. You can see all these actions are here already, but we're going to go into the settings for this block and there's a tab called custom grid options. So if we come here, we can click into custom actions. We'll leave enable workflow launcher as yes. We'll add an action and let's call this photo request. And the route we're gonna add is to this page, and this page is our workflow launcher, and we're just passing in the workflow type ID that we want, which is the photo request. And let's just do t I t I camera as the icon here, and the help text can be launch a photo request. So it's super simple. And there's more you can do with adding custom columns, for example, to add more information, but we're just gonna add, this custom action right here. We'll click save, and then you see that camera icon pop up. We can select specific people, whoever we wanna select, and let's just do this as an example. We'll click here and these people will immediately be passed to that workflow launch. And if I wanna go launch, I can do it easily. Custom grid actions allow you to do in one click what would have taken dozens in the past. Start taking action now.
