Discipleship progress should not hide in a tab. Using step badges, you can easily track where someone's at in a step's journey right from their person profile. Let's look into the badge that comes out of the box first. So we'll go to admin tools, then settings, and start typing in badges. We'll click there, and I've actually already filtered on the steps component. Meaning, we're only gonna see that badge that came out of the box for steps. If we click into it, the discipleship step badge, this is a nice template you can use if you wanna create more for other step programs. This is just for a step program we have out of the box that we already have some data for, and you can do it for any step program though. And there's multiple different display modes. I'll show you what they look in different display modes. So I'll save here, but I'm gonna keep this page open. I'm just gonna switch over to Ted's profile. And I've actually clicked on the steps tab over here already. So Rock has a way out of the box that you can easily add to and edit and see the status of different steps someone has taken. But if you want to have a badge that's easy to see, on the badge bar on the person profile, Just go to the block settings for badges here, and let's add to, let's say, the top right here. Actually, you can see the discipleship step badges added here already, but if you wanted to add it, you would just scroll down, pick it, here it is, and we'll save it. And here is all of those showing up. We can see that Ted's completed all of them, and this is condensed mode. But we're gonna switch back here, click into this, and we're gonna switch to normal mode instead of condensed mode. Now if we switch back to the profile, I'm gonna refresh the page. And now we're getting this larger view here where we can actually see those entire badges showing up here. And it's a great easy way when you load up someone's profile to see, what their status looks , their completion status. And we actually did that on the steps page, which isn't super helpful. You'd probably wanna do that on the profile page. But to show you what it looks for someone who hasn't completed any steps, Let's click into Cindy right now, and we'll go to the steps profile... Or sorry, the steps tab. And, actually, she has completed some of the steps, but she missed out on the serving step here, and it's got this muted look. You can tell it hasn't been completed. That's true. It hasn't been completed. And that's what it will look . STEPPS badges turn buried data into an easy to see story that your staff can look at so they always know where someone stands.
