Emotional intelligence shapes the way that you lead, the way that you navigate conflict, the way that you negotiate, and all sorts of things. So having this assessment available to people around you will allow you to be equipped in the way that you choose to structure your teams, approach difficult conversations and a lot more. This is a really important assessment and let's get into what it looks in Rock. So the starting place for looking at or engaging with assessments is on the person profile. We'll start by going to Alicia's profile right now and you'll notice a set of badges here.
These badges show you the results, if there are any results for all the different assessments that Rock offers. So you can see here already that Alicia Marble, when it comes to the EQ self aware assessment, her self awareness is pretty low. Now let's look at how to send out these assessments. There's two easy ways to do it. Rock makes it really simple for you to administrate these.
First of all, you can click on the actions button and click request assessment. And for this person, you can pick which assessments for them to take. In this case, emotional intelligence. You can send a custom message, due date, and then you can send it off. Another way is using Lava codes so that you can integrate this assessment in any communication you send.
So this Lava code right here is unique and it will allow whoever receives this to take the EQ assessment. Now moving on, this is what the assessment actually looks once you get the results. And this is something that you can get from a person's profile or on the external website looking at a person's profile and clicking on their assessment results. Now, this gives some deep insight into how self aware Alicia is and a lot of other things regarding emotional intelligence. So this can be really helpful when it comes to hiring or dealing with interpersonal conflict or leadership decisions.
So how someone will react to different sorts of emotions. For example, we can see that Alicia's self awareness is equal to or better than 21.2% of those who've completed this instrument. So this is comparing yourself against others so you understand how self aware you are, how good you are at regulating your emotions, experiencing others' emotions, and helping them regulate, then using emotional intelligence and problem solving, and when you're facing stress. So it it's not necessarily bad if you have a low score on any of these. It just says something about how you react to emotions.
And if you ever want to retake this test, it can also easily be done from this view right here. Great. Now you have emotional intelligence scores on person profiles, and this will help equip you to be a better leader or a better teammate, volunteer, whatever it may be, and it will help how the people around you function and what emotions look for them. Thanks for watching this video, and have a great day.
