Transcribed Video Content
To maintain a healthy communication strategy, you not only need to see who's engaging, but who's asked to opt out. So the unsubscribe report is really great to give you a bird's eye view of who's asking for a break from your communications, and it provides accountability for the people that are sending messages. Let's get into what it looks right now. To view the unsubscribe report, go to people, then scroll to the bottom, click communication reports, and click on the unsubscribe report. Looking at this report, you can see it's pretty simple, but it's really powerful.
And one of the best parts is that it gives us a bunch of context. So we can see who received and unsubscribed from the message, when the message was sent, when it was unsubscribed from, what was the level of communication. So was it a flow, list, was it a bulk communication? Then you can see the name of the communication, what the topic was, and the most scary part, who was it sent by. And the nice part about this report is you can really easily filter through all these things and quickly get the information that you need exactly.
If you want to filter through the entire report, all you have to do is click this adjustments icon. You can pick the date range for when these communications were sent, what the date range was for when the unsubscribe happened, and what level of communication it was. On top of that, if you wanna quickly find specific people, you can search very easily.
