Alright. So your organization has been successfully using steps, and now you wanna know where are people at in their journey, where do people fall off, what are some common patterns that people take? That's something that step charts answer really well, and Rock has created beautiful interactive charts for you to look at. Let's check them out. You see the step charts will go to people, then we'll go down to steps four. And we are now into the program. And one of the is on these KPI cards, and nothing's showing up right now for me. But that's because I haven't yet So it's important to know which range you're looking at. And there's many different ways you can cut this down or widen the amount of years of steps. And immediately, it starts populating some information. And what's nice is these KPI cards provide a quick snapshot of what's really going on with steps. So we can see the people, the number of people that completed the program, the amount of average days it took to complete the program, the the number of steps that have been completed. And, also, we'll scroll real quick. You can see the started and completed numbers for all your step types, but we'll go look at those charts in a second. First, we're gonna look at all of them from the program level. So to move on to the next chart, we'll click trends. Full step chart. So we're looking at trends right now, and this chart plots the trend of how each step has been moving by step type. And what's really nice is if you hover over any of these, you can immediately see This is the baptism step type. And when you hover over it, it tells you in January 2025, we had 19 people complete this baptism step. Now if you wanna quickly narrow down what you see on this chart, anything that's plotted here, just click on it. You can easily remove some step types and really get exactly the information you wanna see right here. And there's a couple different things here. First of all, you can pick which measure is being plotted. So if you wanna go in detail for what all these measures mean, I suggest you read our documentation as each one is outlined, but I'll show you two quick examples. First of all, you can look at total steps, and this just specifically if we were to break down each step type what's going on, but if you were to add them all up. So of 2025. So remember this number, '20 And now it says 98. And this is because impact adjusted steps are showing the number of steps taken per step type times the impact weight. And that's something you set up when you're configuring your step type. So make sure if you wanna get these cool stats that your step types are configured how you want them configured. Then after you select a You can pick which statuses you wanna show, and you could show all completion statuses, all noncompletion, or just pick a specific status, and it will show only that status. Then for trends, bar chart. And you can see right here just a really great view of the different highlight colors for data. Moving on, then flow. This is a very unique chart. And, again, it's displaying the last three years of info, and we can pick the number of levels to display. We can be selective with this, but this is what exactly how people flow through a program. So if we were to just follow one of these examples here, people start from all different kinds of steps. So some people start small group, some Just by hovering over these different sections, you can see exact Usually, people start and the majority go to the starting point class after that. Then from the starting point class, the majority go to small group. It's kind of a weird flow there, but, there's just a really great visualization that helps you understand what way people are moving through your program. We wanna see how people flow from baptism if they started at baptism. You can get a better view here of what that looks . And that's it for subtype. We'll click on baptism. And, again, it's showing whichever, it's showing the amount of time that you've configured here. So let's say past three years is what we want data for, and this data really took a spike in 2025. You can see a couple or that are in the process of completing and to the individuals that have to people that have taken this step, what their status is, and you can break this down so you can see a lot more about, who you're looking at, what date range people completed in, and you can even go to a user profile from there. With those step charts, I hope you're able to get an idea of how people are engaging with steps in your organization. Thanks for watching.
