The communication saturation report helps you keep tabs on who is hitting send the most in your organization. Let's look at what the report looks and how to get it set up. To see the communication saturation report, we'll go to people, then scroll, click communication reports, then click communication saturation. And we can see the report peeking out down here, but we're not gonna go into it just yet. Let's set up the filters so we know what we're looking at.
But here, we can pick the date range for which these communications will be displayed. And let's say we only wanna look at the last one week of communications. For mediums, you can pick what's shown. So let's say no push notifications. Then if you wanna get particular about the group of people that these messages were sent to, you can select a data view.
You can even select a connection status of the recipient and whether this was a bulk message, something that you labeled a bulk message. Let's go ahead and apply the filters, which will give us the chart that we want. And there we go. This might look a little bit confusing, but it's because we're that you you don't really wanna be in. Right here, it's showing that 0% of active adults in our organization or in our database did not receive any messages.
And the saturation spread is showing that we have saturated people's inboxes. So on the bottom here are the number of messages sent. Here, we're seeing seven plus messages sent than the number of recipients. So we have 50 peep in the last one week. That's not really a good sign.
Let's move on and see some other things. So if you people, the faces of the people that have been receiving these messages and Pete Foster has received 30 messages, and that is a lot. He's a member, so we want him to feel respected. But the the whole point of this report is to bring a little bit of accountability and empathy for people that are having their inboxes saturated. Rob Tennant is another person that's getting tons of messages, 28 here.
And if you want to take some action or see more about these people, you can click here and go straight to their user profile. You can also take some actions from here such as exporting to Excel or exporting to a CSV file, and you can also search through people. Then to go even deeper, find out what communications have been the biggest culprits, what are these messages that have been received by the most people, we can see the building fund update. For example, here, this is a huge culprit. There are 75 messages sent.
You can see when this communication went out and who sent it. That's a very scary one. Then, who reviewed it? And this, again, is just to bring some accountability so you can see which communications have the most recipients. And maybe you see it and you go, oh, this is appropriate.
This is something we wanted a lot of people to see. Or maybe you see a different message, and you think, this one shouldn't have gone out to as many people as it did. Then, again, if you wanna take action, you can actually go straight to see the message by clicking this little icon here, and you can see the exact communication. Okay. That's the report.
And as you can see, there's all sorts of helpful info that help you understand who's receiving the most communications, what communications are reaching the most people, and more. I Thanks for watching this
