In this video, let's talk about viewing the group history. You'll need to enable this on the group level. But once you do, you'll see a timeline of all the group history inside your groups. Let's jump inside the software and take a look at how this is set up and what this timeline looks . Here in Rock, we'll go to our admin tools in our general settings. Click on group types. And let's be in our general groups. Open up our general tab, scroll down, and we see that enable group history is enabled. We'll leave that there. And now let's take a look at our group. Go to our Group Viewer, General Groups. Let's just click on the Men's Breakfast. Here we see an icon for the group history. We'll click here. From the bottom, it shows the first changes to the group. As you scroll up, you see other changes. If you want to, you can hide the group member history. So this is a shorter timeline. And now you just see when things were changed inside the group and not the group member history. You can also see the group member history by this button here. These are all the group members inside this group and when they were added. Also, from your group member list, you can view their profile and take a look on how long they've been in a group and the other groups that they're in. Let's take a look at Brian Gilbert. We'll go to his groups tab, and this is the group history timeline. If he is in a group longer, he would also see other groups that he's a part of. Scrolling down, you see the group list of all the groups that he's a part of and when he was added. And that's how we view the group history.
