Rock U - Groups - Group Scheduling - Analytics v12

Let's take a look at some of the analytics that are available related to group scheduling. Now, scheduling doesn't just occur in a vacuum. You have to first be able to use the group scheduler to assign people into rooms at times. And so there's a lot of setup that goes into that. A lot of one time setup so that you can indicate what spaces you have and what times people can be in those spaces and things that. But, once you've got it setup and you've got people assigned, you can use the group scheduler analytics page to see for a date range exactly who has responded or not, or shown or hasn't shown. And we're going to dive into what exactly that looks right now. And so, to get to the group scheduling analytics, we're going to go under people here to group scheduling, and we're going to click on group scheduler analytics. Now, this works somewhat similarly to the scheduler page where you choose the group and the location, the time, and then you'll hit update. And so let's go ahead and do that. We're gonna just look at the current week. Sure. And we are gonna view by group because that's what we're working with, and that's what we did on the group scheduler. And I'm gonna pick the children's team for both the bears and the bobcats room, and all of the schedules for Saturday and Sunday, all those times. And once that's all set, I'm going to I've confirmed my settings, and I'm gonna hit update. And as you can see, now there's not a ton of data here, but, this is a graphical representation of those who have been assigned but have not responded. And you can see that there are three of those represented in yellow. You can see how many people have declined, in which case there's one of those, and that's in red. And then did not show, which is black. And that means that they were not there. Down below the graph itself, you can see the same information displayed in a slightly different way. We can see that Cindy was scheduled for three, declined one, and didn't show for two. Now, these dates are in the future, which means they didn't show, and that's true, but they really haven't shown yet. And so once we get into the past, you'll see more green on your dashboard. Now if I wanted to, I could, of course, change the date range. I could change the group. I could look at one room or just the other. And so let's make a couple changes here. Let's just look at the Bears Room for Saturday only, for the 04:30 and the 6PM. And I'm gonna hit update, and you can see how it's just giving me the Saturday stats. And the numbers themselves are a little bit lower because we have half as many locations and fewer schedules. And so for these Saturdays in the Bears Room, this is what it's looking . So hopefully, you can see how useful the analytics board is. Now the examples that I had were just for a couple people in a couple rooms at one or two schedules, and so there wasn't a whole ton of data there. But in a real live database where you have several volunteers in several different locations and times, And especially once you've built up a history of group scheduling data, you'll you'll find that the analytics tool is not only useful but essential for your organization's planning and being aware of who's doing what and when. So we hope you enjoyed it. For more information, be sure to check out the other videos that we have on group scheduling and check out the Rock Your Groups guide that we have posted on the website.
