So let's next talk about registration instances. Now that you have your template, you can now make instances of those registrations. Okay. So again, we go under tools, event registration, pick our template. And so at the bottom here, we can go ahead and create instances from our template. Now, is one place you can make instances. You can also make instances right from a calendar event. So if this event registration is gonna be tied to a calendar event, we would recommend that you'd actually go do that at that point. So go watch the video on on the calendaring features and it'll show you how you can actually make your registration instance there. But if you don't have a calendar event or if you choose to do it this way, you can always just click the plus at the bottom of the instance grid. Okay. So a couple questions it's gonna ask you. What's the name of this instance? So this is where you really wanna be descriptive in terms of when this instance is gonna occur. So this might be a starting point for April. Okay. Then you can give dates. These are optional. If you wanna limit when the registration can actually happen, when it starts and and more likely when it ends. The maximum number of attendees, the contact for this. So if you pick this, so let's use Jenny Michaels. She's our event coordinator for our sample data. And notice it actually kind of pre fills in her contact information. She didn't have a phone, but this is just a starting point. So you can actually override this if you wanna provide a different, form of contact. You can also set a registration workflow. So you could set that on the template, but you could also set it on the instance. So each instance can have a separate one or a different one. You also want to provide a date when you're gonna when you want your reminder email to go out and optionally if you want a time also. Below that, there's gonna be, a little box here for reminder details. So remember, when you complete, or yeah. When you or this goes out with with the reminder email. So when that goes out, it it's kind of a template but you can have your own little area, your own little section of text that will go along in that email. So this would be where you'd wanna say, , what to bring to the event as a reminder. And the confirmation that's gonna be at the end of the process. So anything you want to show in that receipt can go in here also. Okay. And that's that's the basics of creating a registration instance. Again, really just shows that majority of the heavy lifting is done in the template and as you make instances, it's really only the the information that's very specific to that instance that you have to enter. And that's one of the benefits of using event registration within Rock.
