Okay. So let's talk about parent child relationships within content channels. Up in this point, we've we've seen content channels as kind of standalone. So there's a channel and it's items. But sometimes you wanna have a parent child relationship between content channels and that allows you to kind of structured different levels of of content. So a good example of that would be podcasting. So in that case, you usually have a series and you have content about the series and then each series would have messages and so you'd have content about the messages. But those messages really belong to a specific series and so that's what gives you that kind of hierarchy. So if we were to look at this, we'd have two different channels. We'd have a series channel and a messages channel. And then what we do is we would configure the series channel to say, hey, you're allowed to have child items from the messages channel. And that's what allows us to kind of build this type of structure. So in this case, have two different, series. We have one called Moneywise and one called Parables and Luke. And they each have two messages underneath them. They could have more, could have as many as you want. So this is how you do a parent child relationship. And so we'll dig in and let's go ahead and look at how how do we operate when there's this parent child relationship. Do note though that we in this case, we're showing two levels of content, the series and the message. And you could continue to go down. If you could have three levels, four levels. But typically two levels seems to be, more than enough. So let's now flip over and let's see how we configure this and then how do we go ahead and edit it. So let's do the configuration first. So we'll go under admin tools, CMS CMS configuration and go to our content channels. Okay. The first thing we're gonna wanna do and and really the only thing we have to do is just go to the podcast series channel and click on its edit. And then from here, what we're gonna do is we're gonna configure what type of child content channels are allowed to have items under this. So it's already been configured for us. It just says podcast message. But I can go ahead and and add more if I'd . I can have different channel, channels, to allow that to have children from here if I want. But in this case, that's all we need to do. Once that's configured, now the user interface changes a bit when you start adding content. So let's flip over to tools, content, and kinda see it from kind of how your staff would see it. So we come back to the podcast series, channel and let's just go ahead and look at the Moneywise series. So everything at the top looks pretty normal we would expect. There's a title, there's a content, some dates, and summary, and an image. If I keep scrolling down, you'll notice that there's child items now. And again, these are gonna be the messages for that series. So as you can see, we have two of them. Okay? So if I wanted to add a third, what I would do is just hit this plus sign and this pops up this little dialogue. And it's basically saying, okay, hey, what kind of content channel, child do you wanna add? Do you wanna add a new one, completely new? Or do you wanna pick from one that maybe already exists? So maybe you've already filled in that that message and and that content channel item already exists. I could come over here and choose podcast message and then pick the item. But in this case, I don't wanna do that. I wanna actually create a new one. So I'm gonna create a new one of type podcast message and I'm gonna hit add. And all of a sudden, now I'm I'm adding the content right to that content channel item. And so I'd fill this out, hit save and once I did, it would show up down here below on this content channel item list. So that's how you set up and add child content channel items and relate it to a parent.
