The connection status changes tool lets you see what connection statuses have changed and for whom. Let's take a look at how it works. To use the tool from the home page, we'll head over to tools and under data integrity, we'll click on connection status changes. And so we'll run the report by populating the date range, and for right now I'm gonna leave it to the current year. You can optionally select a campus if you have more than one campus. You can pick a original status and an updated status. And so if you wanted to see people who changed from participants to attendees, you could do that. Or you can leave all of these options blank and simply hit the apply button to see all of the connection statuses that have occurred for the date range. So I'm gonna do that right now and click apply because we don't have a ton of data in our database so it's not gonna overwhelm us here. And here you can see that we have our results list and we have the person's name as well as their photo if there is one. We have the date that the change in the status was made. We know who changed the status. We have their original status and their updated status. And so looking at Noah here, we can tell that on 01/03/2020, Alicia Admin changed him from an attendee to a participant. Now, you can click on the row to be taken directly to the person profile for that person. But let's go back for a moment so that you can see what it looks when we actually populate some values. And so if I wanted to see who changed from attendee to visitor, I can select those options, click apply, and it says that no connection status changes have been found, which is expected because for the current year we didn't have anybody that went from attendee to visitor. But what if I just wanted to see everybody who was an attendee and now I want to see what their updated status is regardless of what they've changed to. And here we get Noah and we can see that he changed from attendee to participant. And we picked him up this time because I didn't specify an updated status. Similarly, I didn't provide a campus, but you can do that. This will be the campus associated with the person and if I do that and click on apply, I still get Noah because he is at the main campus. If I change it to the South Campus on the other hand and click apply, nobody comes up. And that's about the long and short of connection status changes.
