So let's talk about communication templates. A lot of times when you're sending out a communication whether it be an email or SMS, there's a certain pattern that you wanna establish and these communication templates are perfect for that. So let's go ahead and take a look at where communication templates are shown. Okay. So as I mentioned, if you go under new communication, you can pick the template that you want to use for your communication up here at the top. Okay. And so, this case, we have two. We have the default organization template and photo request template. So let's go ahead and see where we can alter these templates. Okay. So to do that, we go under admin tools, communications, communication templates. Okay. So here's those two templates that we saw earlier. So let's go ahead and and go ahead and look at one of these. Okay. So this looks a lot where you would go to make your email. So you can pin in your your from name, your from address, your reply to address, your subject, and then the body of the email. Okay? And this is what's gonna be used for the template. Now, this is for a system template. You can have personal templates too. So if you wanna look at personal templates, they'd be under your login status and under my settings. And here's where the communication templates are for a person. Okay. So if I go ahead and enter one here, I will see it would only be for me. But if I go to the other place, it'd be for everybody. Now, you can put security on these templates also. And again, whenever whenever we think about security, remember you're you're you're locking down what people can see and what they should see. So it might be that anybody could see these but you just, , for for the matter of keeping it clean and not having too much clutter, you could secure them to different roles. So that for instance, if you weren't in the youth ministry, maybe you don't see the youth templates. Probably nothing wrong with seeing them but, , it just keeps it a little less cluttered. Okay. So this is where you go ahead and edit your, communication templates.
