Rock provides powerful tools for sending communications but it doesn't end there. It also provides a useful way of viewing the analytics of those communications to see how they perform. There's three ways of looking at analytics in Rock, from a broad view to a specific view. The broad view is to look at the overall communication history analytics and you do that by going to the people menu and selecting email analytics. And that brings you to the email analytics screen which you can see has a graph at the top and this shows you your communication history by dates, by years, and months down here. And it also shows you the number of opens for each communication and the number of clicks. And if you scroll down there are a couple other useful sections. The first one is the action section. This shows you your overall communication history analytics. Shows you your your unique opens versus your total opens and your unique clicks versus your total clicks. It also will show you your click through rate. Below the action section is the client section. This is where you can see which communication clients your recipients used and the percentage of those clients each recipient used to view the communication that you sent. So again this information is really useful for seeing how your communications are performing. If you scroll down the last section in the analytics screen is the popular links section and this shows you which links in the communications are clicked on, the number of unique links, and the click through rate. So that's the broad view of analytics, your overall communication history. There's a little more specific way of viewing analytics and that's to view the analytics of your communication lists. Remember your communication lists are located in the admin tools communications and you can see these are my communication lists. If I want to view the analytics of a specific list I click on this graph button to the right. That'll show me an analytics screen for that communication list. And if you wanna get even more specific you can look at the analytics for specific emails. You do that by going to your communication history screen which is located under the people menu. Select communication history and it'll show you the emails that you've sent using raw. Now this may the screen may be pretty complicated if you send a lot of emails. Remember you can filter this screen using the filter options on the right. You can filter by date, by send date, by recipients, by sender, by subject. So if you wanna view the analytics for a specific email, you locate that email and you click the graph button and it will bring up an email analytics screen for that specific email. And they'll look similar to your overall communication history's analytics screen but it has it has some things that are different. For example, here you have a timeline for when that, email was sent. This graph shows you the number of opens that that email received, the number of clicks, and also useful here is the, number of unopened communications or emails that were sent. If you scroll down, you'll also have an action section on this email analytics screen. It's a little different though. It still gives you a graphical representation but here it shows you how many how many emails were sent, how many were unopened, how many failed to send. It also shows you your your unique opens versus your total opens, your unique clicks versus your total clicks, the percentage opened, and also your click through rate. So it's similar to the overall communication analytics, but this is specific to this particular email. Similarly, there's a client section that also, shows you the percentage of which communication clients your your recipients used. And if you scroll down, it will also show you the popular links for that communication, the number of unique clicks, and the click through rate. So that's an overview of communication analytics in Rock. As you can see, it's really useful for showing you how your communications are performing and to give you an idea of how to improve your communications.
