CMS: Improved the transcript in the Voice Agent block so it now follows along automatically and keeps the newest message in view as the conversation continues.
Mobile: Updated Android builds to target API level 36, which Google Play now requires for all app submissions.
Communication: Updated the minimum supported iOS version from 14 to 15.
CMS: Fixed date picker form fields treating an empty date as today. A field with no default now stays on its placeholder, and opening the picker starts on today's date without silently filling the field in.
Mobile: Updated the .NET MAUI framework from v9 to v10.
