After completing the Rock Masterclass I realized that our small church (800) would need some basic training for the staff and relevant ministry leaders, as well as some persuasive communication to sell our non-technical Senior Pastor on the value of moving to a database-driven content management system for our church website. The attached powerpoint and PDF served as presentation and printed manual for a 3-hour Saturday morning training class. Hope this helps some other small churches out there!
