Question - Data Automation- Move Adult Children

We've noticed the data automation program for moving adult children to their own records appears to have stopped working. Is anybody else having this issue?  And does anybody know how we may be able to make it start working again?

  • Hi Kelly! This is often easier to troubleshoot over in the live community chat because it often requires a bunch of back and forth questions.

    • Are seeing any errors in the daily Data Automation job under Admin Tools > System Settings > System Jobs?

    • Are you seeing any exceptions under Admin Tools > System Settings > Exceptions?
