Welcome for another edition of Rockcast. I'm Emily Forman. I have Jon Edmiston and Nick Airdo here, and we are so excited to reconnect with the Rock community just on the other side of RX twenty nineteen. We have so many things to share. If you weren't there, we'll catch you up on some big announcements. And if you were there, we'll have some few extra details to go along with that. So welcome. We are very excited to talk with you today. I think we have to start with a look back at what just happened with this conference. Yeah. It feels we just got back off the plane. I know. It's amazing how preparing for something for a full year and then actually living through that event, it just seems it goes so fast. It does. And I think, , one of my biggest regrets is it goes by so fast that you don't get to connect with everybody you want to connect with. I mean, I wish we had an hour with every single person, and you leave, and you realize all the people that you didn't get to talk to, and maybe you saw them passing in the hallway, but you were on a mission, and they were on a mission, and And you think, oh, I'll catch up with them later today. Yeah. Next thing , it's midnight on the second day and it's time to go to bed so you can get up to go fly home. Exactly. Oh, it's so amazing how quickly that goes. Well, if we didn't get a chance to connect with you at the conference and you were there, we really wish we had. But if we need to discuss something, go ahead and reach out to us, because we're we're very excited to talk with the community, and it doesn't just have to be live at one event a year. Right. Right. I do think, though, probably our best one yet. I mean, we keep trying to raise the bar every year. And And this year, we raised the screen too. Yes. So much larger screen. Thanks to Brad and team at Phoenix Productions for putting that that screen in place. That was amazing. I know. , they mentioned for a while that they didn't think the production team on-site there wasn't sure that screen would fit. I think they wanted to keep it as well. I heard that a few times. Did they really? NewSpring. Yeah. And that's the screen we've always wanted. I think at the last, , 2018, we thought, oh, the screen's gonna be so big. And then we got there, and it was big, but it wasn't that big. And I think this year was finally, yeah. That's that's the screen we wanted. So It was perfectly sized too. Although, there had to have been, I mean, honestly, at least five inches more that we could have gotten out of it. Probably. Yeah. And it was huge. What what were the dimensions again? 40 feet wide by 15 feet high. Right. And the next one will be even bigger. Oh. Brad and I were talking afterwards. We've got plans. Fantastic. Yeah. So Well, our attendance this year was at least a hundred more than any conference we've held before. Mhmm. And it was interesting. I did a poll at one of my sessions when I was speaking, and I asked things , have you been to a conference before? What's your implementation status? I mean I asked it in terms of, are you running on Rock? Are you working? , I kind of walked through that. And then I also walked through what role might you have on staff. It was a really diverse audience, which was really exciting. So people are coming to get a whole variety of needs met at the conference. Yeah. Definitely. I mean, it's definitely a good slice cross section of our of our community. Mhmm. And as predicted, you could not get to all the sessions. Yeah. Well, that's for sure because we had a lot more sessions than last time. Oh, we did. So, yeah, that was amazing. It was. It it was a lot to take in, and yet the cool thing was that so much of the content, the vast majority of it was by churches talking about the things that they've learned, and that's really feeding this incredible momentum that until you're standing there live, I mean you think you remember it from the year before, but until you're standing there live, you don't really realize just how quickly it's going. This community is way bigger than any one of us or any one of our organizations. Yeah. And one of the things that we had talked with our speakers going into it is that we wanted to make sure that they included stories of the impact that they're having through using Rock. And a lot of them really delivered some great stories that I mean, just really very impactful. They did a great job. It's it's a fun thing to be a part of. And we would be remiss if we did not quickly say that NewSpring did a fantastic job of hosting. Their staff was amazing. Their volunteer team is incredible. I know they'd been talking up their volunteers for a long time as we worked on building this event, And I thought, yeah, I'm sure they have great volunteers. They have fantastic volunteers. I mean, they said to let us know how great they were kind of undersold, how just bought in, and how cheerful and how servant hearted this group was. Mhmm. And especially the web team also. I mean, were there to help set up even even while we were going to service that first day. I mean, they were setting up chairs, and, they were there to take it help us take it all down. I mean, they were there from beginning to end. They sure were. They set up, I think, all the chairs and tables in the gym that 500 plus people ate at every day. So everything they did was, , the numbers are higher, so the work is is more detailed and harder and longer, and and they really helped take the weight off of that. The other cool thing is we had a lot of people from the community. Their flights would get in a little early, they would just come look for us and say, Hey, how can we help put us to work? Yeah, we'll need some of that next year probably too. We've made very well. And it's so fun to see everybody just realize that this event is is everybody's event. Yeah. Definitely. Well, I think too, if we talk about, , some people who really go above and beyond Rock stars, I mean Oh my goodness. It was at the conferences kinda when when we get our new class of Rock stars. And this year's class is twice the size of of Rock stars from last year. And I think it's easy to say that, but we did not lower the bar either. We did not. So a lot of people got a lot more connected, and that's important, because our community needs the Rock stars. , if you if you think about how many churches are coming under Rock, all would that number to go up super fast. But it has to come in pace with those in the community who can help support all of this Yes. And be able to help with all of this. And really, we don't wanna see the growth of churches outpace that of those who know how and to use Rock. And I think the Rock stars is kind of one of the key metrics we use in that. Definitely. And the cool thing about our Rock star group this year is, whereas our original Rock stars, what, three years ago, were mostly very technical and in similar roles at their churches, and the same kind of background. And really that's what it took to get the Rock star community and group up and running. Now we're able to see so much more diversity in that group, whether it's their role at their church, or their experience, their length of time inside Rock. I mean it's a whole bunch of people putting effort in with a varied skill set, and different roles at their churches, and different backgrounds, and it's really cool because it's starting to represent the diversity of our actual community. Mhmm. And we say that all the time that it's not the product, it's the community. And you have to not only have people, but they have to be seeing themselves as leaders. And I think what I saw just by watching, , during the Rockstar event, but also just all over the place, is just the amount of growth that people want to have within our community. It's not that they're just warm bodies here taking, , content, but they're actually, , the light's going off, and they get it, and they want to better themselves, and they wanna better the community. And, , I think that's that's what really raises our motivation. Oh, absolutely. And a lot of the tools that we built over the past year to help the community members engage have been really well received and really put into use by those who've become Rock stars. And it's interesting because the move into this Rock stardom, if you will, was very very intentional for the people that did it. They decided this is what I want, I'm gonna go for it. And they were , they were shocked. Some some of them were , oh, well now I am. And that was really cool to see. Are you sure you got that right? Am I supposed to be on this list? I feel maybe I shouldn't be. Right. But then you look at what they've done, and then and then you walk through that, and then you and then the challenge is, okay, now make more. Right. We're not making more. You guys are making more. I mean, we're there to help, but we all need to grow one for next But this is the opportunity right now for the people in the community who are interested in engaging and willing to work for it and passionate about what we're doing. You've got a year. This is the length of time it takes to grow yourself into a Rock star. And I've had people say to me at this event and other times things , well, haven't been in the community very long. I don't have a lot of experience yet. I really want this. I'm passionate about it, but I'm I'm not sure I have what it takes. And they're not talking about effort. They're talking about some preconceived idea of what makes up a Rock star. Mhmm. And I I love to tell them, hey, look, Rock's only been around for five years. Most of the people in the Rock star community haven't been around since that beginning because that was a very small group. Our first conference was fewer than a hundred people. Right. Yeah. So most of the people in the rockstar group right now have been around for two or three years. Yeah. And as we reminded them, there are new features all the time and none of them know that new feature. So we recommended somebody specialize. Just go learn that one new feature. You'll be the expert. So it's really a level playing field with each new release. It is. And everyone that you see right now that you're pinning that, , oh, that's what a Rock star looks They kinda created that out of themselves in the last couple years. So you've totally got this. Yeah. I think it's very common to look at many people who have gotten some success and think, well, they just they just had that. They always had that. No. It it was a journey to get there, and that journey started at day one. And it might be your day one, but if you don't get started now, you'll never achieve that. But I I guess from the very beginning, it was clear that, , Rock can change lives. Right? Mhmm. But I guess I hadn't really considered as much that it can change lives of of, , staff that were where maybe someone who thought, well, here I am serving, but I was I'm probably not a leader. Mhmm. Now you're starting to see that that light go off, and you it's almost they're a new person. , the the limitations that maybe we all put on ourselves are shedding, and they can see that we can all do anything we put our minds to. And that's really cool. I had someone come up to me at the conference and say, , they do a lot of leadership development on our staff, but a lot of times the IT staff gets left out of that because we're not in ministry, and some of the more central support teams don't get that same leadership development. And and she said, I really love that we're getting that in the Rock community because every role needs that, and every person needs that. And I think that's true. Right. I mean, technology is gonna be so key into, , where these organizations are going and what needs to be there. You you don't want non leaders in those technology roles. Right. Otherwise, you're gonna be hamstrung. You need leaders who understand technology. It has to be bothand. Yes. And if you ask the ministry leaders what kind of person they'd to work with to help solve their needs, whether it's in IT, or it's in communications, or it's in any of the support areas, they're going to tell you, I want a leader who knows what should be done, and how to help meet my needs, so I come bring a problem, and they help solve it, and they know how to lead through that. I mean, that's what they want. Mhmm. So pretty exciting. So if we think about, , the content or the theme of this year's conference, just for those who who weren't there, we tried to unpack three different things. One is the first that we've been on a long journey for eight years. We've been working together as a community and and as a, as Spark to create something. And what we've created was a community and a reputation and a and a basically a product too. And that's been a long journey. I mean, if it is unruly cool to think it seemed an impossible dream back then, but, , look at where it is. It it is here now. But, , some people would say, well, you must be really happy and that you've accomplished this altogether. And we're not because we're just getting started. There's there's no time to sit around and and rest. So the the really, the the theme launch was not just a cool little, , oh, that'd make a nice t shirt. It would really was, though, no. Now we need to leave the world that we've been in, and we need to go to a new place on a new journey. And that just takes, , a lot more energy. And so I guess, to summarize that, we've always worked on, to date, the features we had to work on, because we had to have them. Now we get to work on the features we want to have, and That's pretty exciting. But the only way to get there is what we said in the conference was fuel. We need fuel. And the fuel is the community. That we're not gonna be passengers on this rocket, I think, is kinda what we said, but you're you're gonna be the fuel. And we just all need to dig deep, because this journey we're gonna go on is it's gonna be amazing, but it's gonna be a lot of effort. We're gonna all have to link arms, band together, and and push. And so that was the, I think, the three major points that we tried to make into our theme. Mhmm. And they're so applicable to this timing right now. It's gonna require a lot of personal growth. I think that when we see the people commit to what that looks , they will see big dividends on their end. Mhmm. And we were even talking about on the plane right back about the growth that we need to put into ourselves. Right. But that's that's just the tip of the iceberg. I mean, we need everybody to to look at themselves and say, we can't be the same people that we are next year. Mhmm. And we talk about that on the staff all time. We use those words, don't be the same person in a year from now. What are you gonna do to intentionally grow? And we need everybody in the community to be thinking about that. Right. I would encourage people to look forward and say, a year from now, what does the Rock community need me to be? A year from now, what does my church need me to be? What do my teammates need me to be? Who do I need me to be? And that's what we need to be shooting for. But if you don't if that's kind of a fuzzy picture for you, and you don't take the time, invest that time to figure it out, you're just gonna land somewhere fuzzy. Right. And that's a good point. And I've heard it say, look at your calendar, I'll I'll tell you your priorities. If you don't book time intentionally on your calendar to think about that, you're gonna be the same person. I mean, it's just the way the world works. And I know we've booked time Mhmm. To talk about that specifically to help each other to determine what , because sometimes it takes someone else. You may maybe go to your supervisor or a peer and just say, hey, here's what I'm thinking. , can you help me from the outside look in and tell me where I need to to grow? Obviously, have you have to take a lot of that on yourself. But it's helpful to have someone else look at you and say, yeah, no, I think you're really good at this, but maybe work on that. Mhmm. And since the last conference, so it's been just over a year now, we have committed regular time to look at what it what should our growth track be, and how are we getting there, and how does that need to change? Because things do change pretty quickly here. So Mhmm. , you you need to set something to shoot for, but you also need to be flexible enough to adapt if circumstances change. And and I think we can see on our end payout from from that investment. Yeah. Mean, one of the really awkward things we had to go through because we wanted to grow was that we went and and got a speaking coach and did a, , three hour session with this. He really I mean, his specialty wasn't really, , professional speaking. It was acting, which made it even more awkward for, I think, us. Definitely for me. But I think it showed I mean, I I feel I was better prepared and Mhmm. But we had to go to, , literally a three hour session where we did very awkward things with our voices, and and had to be overdramatic, and Mhmm. And that wasn't easy. I I was not an uncomfortable three hours, and then to take that and process it. And again, we've been doing that in lots of other ways. So I would just encourage you, , don't be comfortable. , get outside your comfort zone. Right. And I think there are a lot of speakers to be who are sitting in seats at this conference that next year need to be on a stage. Yeah. Not because the stage is their favorite place. Right. In fact, I love about the Rock community that the stage is no one's favorite place. I mean, very few people love the stage. They're there going through discomfort because they know they have something to share that's gonna make an impact. So I would encourage the people who were sitting in seats this year to realize that the people on the stage are no different than they are. They're just working through discomfort because they feel compelled and passionate to share what they've learned. And I'm sure there are many sleepless nights of people worrying about the next day, and that's so cool, because we're all in that boat. Mhmm. Yeah. And I feel , , Moses was that way. He didn't wanna speak, but God said, you're going to, so I think everybody in the community just needs to to do that. And I think the best way to do that is just commit early. As soon as we put out the the call for speakers for 2020, just put your name on. Even though I have a topic, just commit yourself. And at that point, it gets to the what I call ride the log. When you get onto the Splash Mountain at Disneyland, it's a it's a little bit of a ride before you go down the the thing, and once you're on the log, you can't get off. , you're committed. So just jump on that log, and it's too late. You're just gonna ride it. That's right. And we do put that speaker call out early enough that most people don't have a topic to talk about yet, because they usually talk about something they've built over the twelve months since the last conference. So you won't have a chance to commit to that. But you and I both know that you're going to be building things. You're going to be solving problems. You're going to be figuring things out. Otherwise, you probably wouldn't have a job. So go ahead, sign up, and say, I'll get this figured out. And then think about, if I have the opportunity to influence which projects we work on at all, which ones might be helpful to more people than just myself or my staff? Yeah. And if you put your name early, the guaranteed it's it's gonna be top of mind. You're gonna find the thing that you're gonna talk about. Mhmm. And if you need help, we can maybe even help with that, but guaranteed, you'll find it. You will. On the topic of speakers and presentations, I don't wanna forget to mention that the content subscription is available now. You should see that on the front of the community page and the marketing website. So that's rockrms.com or community.rockrms.com. You should be able to sign up for the content subscription there. Whether you attended the conference or you didn't attend the conference, I know you didn't see every session because that would have been impossible. We had four or five tracks running simultaneously all the time. There was so much good stuff. I can't wait to get in there. There are several sessions that I intended to see, and I just couldn't make it happen because of conflict. So I'm looking very forward to that. We're working right now on on getting those into post production and ready to go. I assume by the time this is up, we will have made great strides on that as well. But you can go ahead and subscribe now, and when they're available, you'll have access to them. And the cool thing about that is you pay once, your whole staff has access forever. Right. And you get access to all the previous conferences too, if you don't already have that. It I would say that is a ton of work to to produce. So, I mean, we're basically handed back six hard drives with huge huge files. And there's two files per session. You gotta line up the audio. You got to, , get to rearrange it. We have to cut and trim. And then some of them, there's just always technical issues with laptops, especially Macs. They tend to be a little finicky. So sometimes we have to recreate the PowerPoint in as a video, and it's it's so much work. I mean, Brad and their team do do a great job, but at the end of the day, it's just a lot of work to do that. So It is. It's probably one of those projects we don't talk about too much. It just seems it happens. Yeah. I did the keynote, , yesterday just to make sure everything was good, and and, man, that was a lot of work. And even the rendering takes forever. Yeah. I mean, think it took twelve hours to render an hour and a half of video. So Now some of those sessions will be free Yes. To watch and to share. Yeah. And I think we sometimes forget to mention to the community, if there's a church that's interested in something that can be addressed by one of the free topics, send them a link to that. For sure. So we also announced some stuff at the conference, and for those who weren't there, maybe this is new stuff. So you did an excellent job, Emily, of talking through all the stuff we've done over the last twelve months, the features to the websites. What else did you Well, we talked about the point releases in v eight, because last year at the conference, we talked about the major eight o release and and all the things we had planned for that, but we didn't know we were gonna be embedding so many features and bug fixes and quick iterations into the point releases as we went. So we rehashed that a little bit, although it's so hard to think back that far now. That was a lot of work. There there was a lot of of development that happened there. I mean, I I think that the Rockpoint lease Point releases are really some of the other vendors' major releases for the year. I think you're right. Well, that's a lot of major releases. And then you went on to talk about Nine. Right. And all the features in that, and how that just went out recently, right? Right. That was a month ago. Yeah. It moved into early access, so the churches that are donating at early access level are able to access V nine now. General release for that is three months after early access, so we're about two months before that right now. Mhmm. But, yeah, that literally just came out right before the conference. And then I came back up and talked about 10 and all the things that we're planning for 10 and the stops and streaks, and just 10 is, in my mind. I I I love that it's such a round number, because it's it has some so so many of the features that I think are gonna make the future of Rock. So talk through all of that. The keynote, by the way, will be one of those free sessions, and it'll be up very soon, so you'll be able to see that. And then we feel , well, we might as well just keep going. Right? Might as well talk about eleven. May as well. Because, , there's a surprise after the keynotes was that we're releasing 10 right now. Alpha. Well, yeah. We're it's going to alpha testing. We will still test. Yeah. You're welcome. We gotta go through the process. And honestly, testing's gonna take a little bit longer on time, because we did do some some things that we we definitely need a lot of testing on on other environments. So expect that to be a longer test period. But it is going to be going to alpha next week. This is currently the week of the conference. Good point. So that's pretty fun and amazing, and there's just some great features there. So with if people are wondering why we kept going to 11, that was kinda the reason. We felt , well, if we released 10 late later in that keynote, this , okay. Well, then what are you working on now? Nothing. We're bored. Yeah. Right. So that was kind of the reason why we kept going to eleven is so that it would all make sense in the end. And then after that, we announced the new mobile platform, which is pretty exciting. If you weren't at the conference, we do have a mobile app, and we're gonna talk a little bit more about that right now. But you can download it in the App Store. So we made a little conference app. So if you're in the Google Play Store, , look for Rx Conference. If you're in iOS, you actually wanna search Rx twenty nineteen. Weird how those two searches work, but it is what it is. So that app is completely written on what we call Rock Mobile, which is a brand new from scratch framework that leverages and brings the best of Rock to mobile. And, it powered our app. We've accomplished a lot, but we're clear that we are on point five release. We are not ready for prime time. We don't want to put it out there right now, because we guarantee we will be breaking things. We've been kinda holding back on on some changes because of the conference. We didn't wanna I mean, we were sliding the home base. Oh, we were. And we didn't wanna change some stuff because we're , hey, let's not risk it. So still more to come. It's , don't get too too excited. We have about three to four more months of work till we feel it's ready to see sunshine. Because we care about backwards compatibility. We care about breaking changes. Right. Especially in mobile. Because I think there's some unique we got some unique care that needs to happen on that to make sure that we're not breaking your apps as we release new server versions of Rock. So we have a lot to learn there, and we have a lot of thinking to do. But we're really excited by by the the project. So, , see the keynote and some of the content subscription for more details, and there'll be more details forthcoming. Definitely. This is the big one for the community. Right? Everybody's been asking about this for a long time. It was really hard to work on it pre conference and not talk about it. Yeah. So if our podcasts leading up to the conference sounded , what are they even doing over there? They're talking about nothing. We were trying to tell you not tell you that we had V10 coming, that we were working on the mobile app. Right. It's hard to keep secrets. It is. It is very hard sometimes. But that makes it for a more exciting conference. It does. This is the first time we've really lined things up well for just one announcement after another. It was kinda fun. Right. So was that it? Was that all the announcements? No. This is also the first conference when we've been able to announce the next year's conference. 2020. '20 '20. Rx '20 '20 is going to be at Here. Phoenix. Phoenix, Arizona. So we announced that from the stage, which is very exciting. The registration is up. The web page is live, rockrms.com/rx20twenty, and we have some great promotional packages for the people who want to register early. Now we'll give you some background in just a minute on why we picked Phoenix. There's a lot of work that goes into, gosh, getting a location lined up and thinking through all those details, another thing that we put a lot of time into pre conference. But before we start getting into that, I want to make sure that everybody knows, and here we are the week of conference, that until October 8, if you sign up for both your ticket for the conference and your room, because we're going to be all in one facility, our room and our conference are both gonna be at the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center, which we'll talk more about in a minute. But if you book your room and you book your ticket, you will be entered to win some promotional packages, which are really fun. We have two spa massage certificates that we'll be giving out to people who have booked both of those, and this is again before October 8. It's a drawing though. It's a drawing. Right. Yes. So there are two that you would be eligible to win. There are five suite upgrades So you get a regular room, and you can get upgraded to a nice can upgraded to a nice suite. Now all the rooms there are really nice. I mean, isn't just your average hotel. This is a really nice resort hotel. It is a nice resort hotel. And we locked in a great rate. But also, in the promotional packages, you could win the Presidential Suite, which is really fantastic. And if you win any of the suite upgrades, you also will be getting tickets to a private breakfast with Spark leadership as well, which will be very fun. Now I heard a rumor. It's just a rumor, I think. It's not a rumor. If you get the Presidential Suite, there's something else that goes along with it. What was this rumor? It's not a rumor. I heard Lil Bird said that if you win the Presidential Suite, you, Emily, will refer to them as El Presidente the whole conference. Which to me would be worth more than the room, if I'm being honest. El Presidente. I could work on that. That does imply it wouldn't be la Presidente. It could. Which it could be. Yeah. Either way, I think a sash is needed. Oh. A sash. A sash. El Presidente. So everyone can identify that person to El Presidente. And refer to them as El Presidente. That's hilarious. Well okay. But the drawing is happening later in the week, during the week of the October 8, get both of those booked. And the reason for that is because this hotel and convention center has mostly convention center space and fewer rooms, there isn't going to be room for everybody to book a spot there. At the hotel to stay. Right. At the hotel to stay. We can seat lots of people. Tons. But you want to be on-site, because this conference will not require you to get kicked out by a host church. You can be there in the lobby, hanging out, connecting with people late into the night if you want to be, and I know some people want to be. We're always breaking up groups of people and saying, go This isn't the Holiday Inn lobby. This is It's easy. Really nice. It's five stories tall. Yes. It's just amazing lobby. There are tons of little spaces and And it's all ours. I mean Yeah. We're pretty much taking this place over. It's gonna be fantastic. Right. So the dates are next, August. But you need to be aware that we're gonna be doing a pre party the day before, which you don't want to miss. And we're gonna be going late into the night, the second night, to do some more application and group connection things that we've been asked for every year and haven't been able to do yet. So when you're talking about your booking your travel, you need to be aware of that. You need to be going further out on both sides so that you take advantage of that because you can't get that type of connection during the year. So all the things you come for, you're gonna get more of that while you're here. Yeah. Don't don't don't skimp and leave early because you're gonna miss the absolutely the best part. I'm I'm most excited about those evening sessions because Mhmm. A, you form great bonds with people, you get to problem solve and help help one another. It's really the highlight. And we would encourage you to come early, stay late. I mean, a few days early, stay late. This is an opportunity where you can meet with your teams. You can have some that strategy planning time together. We're gonna be providing on Sunday some churches you could go to in the area that would have some, , innovation that you can go watch. There's plenty to do right around the stadium. I'm sorry, right around the hotel, including Cardinal Stadium. Including? Which if there's a preseason game, there could be. We're not sure yet. That'd be literally a half a block walk to the front gates. But there's an a restaurant and entertainment district literally in that another half block in the other direction. There's a outlet, brand new outlet mall, probably two blocks. Well, I mean, it's just across the parking lot, but it is a fairly big parking lot. But walking distance for sure. And It's a great location. It is. Perfect. Right. So you wanna stay on-site, and that's why we're telling everybody that early because the rooms are limited. The price is great. It's $1.19 a night, which is not resort pricing at all. There aren't any extra resort fees tacked onto that. Mhmm. So we've gone to bat for you on that. You definitely want to be staying on-site. Right. And that was the one caveat is is the time of year, and that's how we got the great discount. August. Phoenix. Yeah. But in Phoenix, in August, it doesn't really matter. You're in the air conditioning the whole time. , we love our air conditioning. Nobody hangs out outside in Phoenix in August. Unless you're by the pool, and they have a nice pool. They have a great pool. Yeah. So You just won't have time to be in the pool, because there's so much content. Come early. But you will if you come early. Yep. Yeah. Stay late. Come early. It's definitely gonna be a great time. And, , you're always a little hesitant to announce that, , because well, people understand that Phoenix in August isn't that bad. And never put to a tee, everybody at the conference was really excited by it. Yep. It's also very, very cheap to fly in the Phoenix. It is. It's easy to get to from about everywhere. Yeah. Great airport. Mhmm. Yeah. Lots of options. Oh, I probably should mention that we also have a master class scheduled in conjunction with the conference next year. It is going to be before the conference. Keep in mind that's a four day class now because of the number of features and the amount of content that's involved. So if you're looking to get the most bang for your buck, you'll probably want to sign up for that master class if you haven't been yet in addition to the conference itself, and that would cut down on the travel expenses of traveling for a master class separately. Mhmm. That's great. We did have a request for that at the conference. We went ahead and set it up and made it live. That's great. Well, wow. There's a lot to talk about at Rx. Definitely. My mind's still spinning. Part of me is very glad that it's over, but part of me is, , sad that it's over too. I think as the day as the days go through the the conference, , one battery is getting low on charge, but the other battery that different type of battery is, , maxed out in full. And I think that's what the conference is for us. It's a big drain physically, but it's a huge encouragement lift. Oh, it is. It's a boost to our inspiration and momentum, and it really sustains us for the year. Yeah. Because this is interesting. This is amazing to step back and just watch the community. Just it's there. They're doing things together. They're it's cool. It's it's incredible. And I joked from the stage that we were there with 500 some of our closest friends. But, , by the end of day two, it really feels that's the case. Right. And the more you go, the more those friendships just get deeper and deeper and deeper that Yep. Absolutely. Well, to those of you who could join us, thank you so much for investing in that conference, investing in your team that way, investing in your growing and sharing what you've learned. For those of you who couldn't make it this year, we really hope that our early announcement for next year will let you have the time for the budget planning and the other things that you need. Of course, the earlier you can get that locked in, the better you will have a chance to become El Presidente next year. But regardless, we hope that making that faster and earlier for you will help more people be able to make it next year because this is where it's at guys. This is where things happen and it will move you forward for the year. Those connections are priceless. Yeah it really is the Super Bowl of the community. It definitely is. Well thank you so much for joining us again. We recorded some additional podcast interviews while we were on-site and we'll be sprinkling those into our podcast channel here coming up soon. We ask you to pay attention to the podcast drops that might be happening out of our regular pattern, but we hope you enjoy those as well. Thanks so much for joining us.
