The launch screen, commonly referred to as the splash screen, is the static visual that appears instantly when a user opens an app, filling the gap while the app loads in the background. App Factory utilizes a 2048x2048 graphic resolution with a safe area of 720x1440.
App Icons
Your app icon is a crucial aspect of your app’s branding. It appears on the Home Screen and in key locations throughout the devices' system, including search results, notifications, and system settings.
iOS
Apple's App Icons utilize a resolution of 1024x1024 with no transparent pixels. With 1024x1024 being the true size of the required App Factory graphic, we recommend that the icon and/or graphic within that uses specific safe area to ensure clipping does not occur. Within the graphic, your icon/graphic should be no larger than 898x898.
Android
The app icon definitions of Android differ from iOS. Four graphics are required by App Factory and the Google Play Store to ensure compliance with Android dynamic icon system.
