Interactions in Rock let you track every move. Each page visit, email click, and session detail gets recorded. It's your backstage pass to understand how people engage with your content. But here’s the twist—it’s not just about tracking behavior. With Interaction Intents, you also discover why people engage. What brought them to that page? What’s their motivation?

Think of the process like a flowing stream, with each part naturally leading into the next. As we follow the flow, we’ll use the diagram below to guide us.

To see recorded Interactions, go to Tools > Interactions and open a channel, for example External Website.
