Sunday morning is not the time to discover the nursery has no volunteers. The Schedule Status Board gives you a bird's-eye view of every room and time, so you can see at a glance what's covered and what still needs people.

Open it at People > Group Scheduling > Group Schedule Status Board.

Each time slot shows how it is doing: a slot that still needs people displays how many more are needed, while a fully staffed slot reads as covered.

The board shows you where things stand, but it does not change assignments. Adding and removing people happens on the Group Scheduler page, where you assign individuals to a slot and remove them just as easily.
