Interactive Experiences are your key to creating engaging and dynamic services. With this feature, you can foster real-time connections through interactive questions people answer on their own phones, either in a web browser or in your Rock Mobile app. You can choose between anonymous or personalized responses, enable your pastor to connect with the congregation in real time and add a new level of engagement to your services. Let’s look at the general process before we get into specifics.

Pictured below is an example of a poll question. That’s one type of Action that your Experience can have. Another type of Action is asking a short answer question.

Aside from Actions, there are other customizable screens that the person can see. For before the service you can create a custom Welcome screen with your own image and colors.

But what about in the middle of the service, between Actions? This feature provides a customizable screen for that too. And then at the end of the experience, you guessed it, you can customize what people will see.

Where people join
Attendees take part through the Live Experience block on a page of your external website. Add the Live Experience Occurrences block to a page to list what's happening now, and point its Destination Page at your Live Experience page. If you have a Rock Mobile app, its Live Experience block loads that same page. See the Rock Mobile documentation for configuring the app.

Before we dive into the setup, let’s look at a few other features that come along with Interactive Experiences.
