The Operational Snapshot gives you a pulse on all of your organization's Connections.  It transforms data into a visual story, helping you ensure no one overlooks a seeker while holding Connectors accountable.

The Care Lapse Bar

A Care Lapse is a small detail, but it tells a story. When you’re looking at the Connectors section of the Operational Snapshot, you might notice a thin red bar appearing next to a connector’s name. That little red line is a visual "nudge" that points towards the lost sheep, who aren't receiving the care they need. It indicates that this connector has requests that are currently overdue.

This line isn't something that disappears, once someone completes their overdue connections, the red line will still be there. The Care Lapse bar was created out of empathy for Requesters. Connection Requests are added to Rock for a host of reasons, and it is easy to forget that each request is linked to a real person. That person is counting on you, either to help them get connected to a ministry or to receive care or take their next step in your organization. When a Connector doesn't get around to a request in time, it can be hurtful or disappointing.

So, this line isn't meant to bring shame. Use this little red line as a signal for leaders to see who might need a little extra support or a hand in reassigning some of their workload to keep the community moving forward.
