When a family asks for help, the Benevolence tab on their Person Profile keeps every request in one place, summarized for the whole family so any member's profile shows the full picture.

New requests can be created here using ti ti-square-plus the plus or they can be created in the Benevolence area at Finance > Benevolence.

The tab appears only for staff granted View access to the Benevolence data, set through Security on the Benevolence block.
