Request Filters relate to the technical characteristics of the person's visit to your site. You can use Request Filters to show content only if the person's IP address falls within a certain range, or only if certain query string parameters are present in the URL. With Request Filters, you don't need to know who the person is.

To access request filters, navigate to Admin Tools > CMS Configuration > Request Filters.
