Job Description

We’re hiring Software Engineers at Life.Church.

If you’ve ever wanted to work on products that actually impact people every week, this is one of those roles.

This posting is a bit of an umbrella role across our teams, but I wanted to add some context for what we’re building on the Ministry Solutions side specifically.

My team works on Rock RMS and internal tools that support 45+ campuses and millions of interactions from things like check-in, groups, giving, and follow-ups. It’s real scale, real users, and real problems to solve.

We’re especially excited about engineers who:

- Enjoy building practical, high-impact features

- Care about clean systems and long-term maintainability

- Are comfortable working in C# / .NET environments (even if you’re still growing in it)

- Like partnering closely with product and design to actually ship things that matter

Right now we’re pushing into some big areas:

- Improving platform stability and performance

- Modernizing key workflows like check-in and connections

- Exploring how AI can unlock new ways to interact with our systems
