TL;DR: What's New for Your Team

  • Operational Snapshot gives your connections staff a real-time pulse on every active connection request across your organization. Quick stats, color-coded health charts and the Care Lapse bar make it easy to see who needs attention and hold connectors accountable for timely follow-up.
  • Connections List View is a new way to work through connection requests in a sortable, groupable list with a docked detail panel right on screen. Visual indicators for Due Soon and Overdue statuses help your team prioritize the right follow-ups fast.
  • Experience Modes lets your organization choose between Essentials Mode for a streamlined, everyday-focused interface and Trailblazer Mode for full access to advanced settings. An administrator sets the mode for the whole organization, so non-technical staff aren't overwhelmed while power users still have everything they need.
  • Built-in Captcha protects your public-facing forms from bots using a Proof of Work approach that runs invisibly in the background. Rock handles the setup for you, so your forms stay secure right out of the box without any extra configuration.
  • Check-in Manager Refresh makes it easier than ever to see exactly who made it into the room, with a polished, real-time interfaces. Your volunteer teams get a cleaner, more intuitive experience every weekend.
  • Unsubscribe Report gives you a clear picture of individuals who have opted out of communications, including what message triggered the unsubscribe and their current engagement status. Use it to fine-tune your communication strategy and make sure your messages feel like a welcome addition rather than a burden.
  • Duplicate Finder Updates now show the Record Source for each person in the list, so you can see exactly how a record was created before you decide to merge. That extra context makes database cleanup faster and more confident.
