Sunday morning is not the time to discover the nursery has no volunteers. The Schedule Status Board gives you a bird's-eye view of every room and time, so you can see at a glance what's covered and what still needs people.

Open it at People > Group Scheduling > Group Schedule Status Board.

Each time slot shows how it is doing: a slot that still needs people displays how many more are needed, while a fully staffed slot reads as covered.
