A business gives, but a person is your point of contact for it. Linking that individual to the business record means staff always know who to call, and the relationship shows on both records.

Add a contact: Open the Business Detail page and select ti ti-circle-plus. Search for the individual by name, choose their record, and save.

Where it shows: The link appears on the Business Detail page and in the Known Relationships section of that person's profile.
